Florida Debt Collection License ripoff

Financial Portfolios Corporation is the plaintiff in its case to sue me for a debt back on July 13. They filed the paperwork to sue me on October 17 and now they claimed to have served me on April 18. I filed a Motion to Quash due to Improper Service because they served a visitor in my house and not me personally. Steve you may recall this when I asked for your advice earlier on this matter.

Anyways, the name of the creditor is First USA Bank and the law firm collecting for them (Financial Portfolios Corporation, as assignee of FIRST USA BANK. This appears as the plaintiff on the summons) is Marcadis an Associates, PA. I went to the State of Florida website to research collection licenses for Marcadis an Associates and Financial Portfolios Corporation and there is no record of a debt collection license listed for either entity. Steve or anyone. Is this grounds to file a Motion to Dismiss?

I appreciate your time on this matter. I don't want to pay a debt that doesn't appear on either of my credit reports and can't be verified.
