Ripoff took money out of bank account and never gave us our 5000 dollars

They took out 299.95 out of my account and then they said we would get the 5000.00 in the mail in 6 weeks and we kept calling them and they kept holding us off and now they said we would get our money back that they took out were waiting for it yet.
