I too became a victim of Peak Communications, who Slammed my phone bill in April, 06. To this day, I am still being billed by USBI for a monthly service charge. I have been trying to get the money back that they overcharged me and they both pass the blame back and forth. This is to the gentleman in San Rafeal, cal who needed the address for Peak. 1442 e. So do they teach their families to lie and deceive people? Probably.
Well, I am also filing reports with the CPUC, FCC and FTC. Something needs to be done with telecommunication industry so that the consumer doesnt keep getting ripped off. Thank You
