John Judd has owned his own company now for about six years. Given the company name has changed many times the work ethic hasnt. John has been ripping people off since day one as you can see by former complaints.
John has been reported to the BBB about 30 to 50 times. John is no longer aloud to be apart of the BBB or the national chimney guild. John says the reason for him getting in all of the trouble with the BBB is do to former employes, most of which havnt worked there in about four years.
I personaly worked for John. I left the company about five months ago because of the way the man did bussiness. Everything is about money with John. Hed rather screw someone over then do the job right just because it would be more costly and time consuming to do so.
Long story short avoid Chimney Solutions at ALL costs. When choosing a company next time go on the BBB's website and research a company before using them.
