Ripoff fraudulent ripoff business

I am told by a prospective employer that I have a felony on my DAC report. I was arrested for DUI but this was ammended to PI. Either way, this is not a felony. NOT IN USA!

The employer is aware of DACs loose reporting and ignorance and has offered me employment.

However, I have been denied employment by more favorable companies and now I know why.
