United Cash Loans has repeatedly called me at my work number. When I ask for an e-mail address or physical address they will not give one.
I wanted to notify them in writing not to call me at work. A creditor may not call you at work if your employer disapproves. My work line is an emergency medical line.
They have repeatedly attempted to take money out of my checking account in amounts that far exceed the loan amount. If they try to do this to you notify your bank immediately and they can reverse the charges and block them from taking money out of your account.
They then used another name to extort money from my checking account. My bank was also able to reverse this amount. THey keep insisting that I give them a credit card number. There is absolutely no way you obviously should do this. Keep a close watch on the checking information they give you and have it reversed. Close your checking account or any charge you gave them.
I told them I would pay them by money order or some other means where they did not have access to any account / They refuse to accept money orders, insist on a credit card so they can get access to an account, will not give an e-mail address, will not give a physical address, have 5 company names and need to be shut down.
