United Cash Loans
Fraudulent Bank Activity. Do not do business with this company! Ripoff

My husband and I got a payday loan at the end of October with United Cash Loans in the amount of $200.00. We read all the disclosures and the entire agreement, and understood that it would be a $60.00 renewal fee, and we could pay off the entire amount owed if we so chose when we did the initial "renewal". We had no problems until a few days ago, when they debited our account in the amounts of: $60.00, $150.00, AND $200.00 bringing the TOTAL withdrawn in ONE day to $410.00!!

This is outrageous. When I tried to email their customer support from their website I haven't gotten a response. I can't find a phone number or a physical address for this company. I have had to pay an additional $24.00 to put a stop payment on my account so they can't withdraw any other money, but now we have several checks out to pay for our other bills that are going to now bounce!

I am going in to my bank on Monday to try to either close the account or have all ACH withdrawls blocked from my account. The worst part is that I was contacted by this company to set up an arrangement to pay this loan off, as I just lost my job, and they agreed that we would do a Western Union Quick Collect to pay them instead of them taking the money from our account.

This is bogus, how can I get my money back? If anyone knows of this companies physical address please let me know I plan on suing the hell out of them for fraudulent activity with my bank account. The max that they should have withdrawn was $210.00! How can these companies get away with this and still be able to do business?
