I have never had a subscription to Flycell and didn't even know that the company existed until I received five unauthorized charges on my cell phone account. Three charges were made on July 3. One charge was made on August 2. Another charge was made on September 3. These charges totaled up to $45.95. I contacted my cell phone company soon after the first set of charges were made and these charges were removed from my account.
Flycell was also put on a "black list" so they could not do this again, but somehow they got around it and continued to make charges to my account. I have had to spend many hours arguing with the customer service department of my cell phone company to get these charges removed.
I have contacted Flycell by letter and by phone and all I get is a recording telling me to leave my name and phone number and a representative will contact me. There is no way I am giving them that type of information.
