Bogus text messages

I have been trying for 2 months to get $40.00 in "premium" text charges removed from my Verizon bill. Every time I speak to Verizon, the service rep apologizes and explains that Verizon is unable to help me get the charges reversed.

I am supposedly going to lose my cell service because I cannot pay for these unwanted "premium" texts. I think this is a bunch of baloney. Verizon knows people are being scammed by FlyCell and that most of the charges are fraudulent.

Verizon and other cell service providers should freeze the disputed charges and cease sending payments to FlyCell until these problems are resolved.

I emailed both Acotel and FlyCell regarding these charges but have yet to receive a reply.
