I was not for sure if this was a rip off so I started looking on the internet for any poetry contest and there was this page about poetry.com rip-offs.
I feel so humiliated and my dreams of being a poet are crushed. I have put three poems on there web site and the first poem I put on there is missing of their website. So I called them and I talked to this lady and she said that they take poems off the website to review them in front of judges and that it would be back on the website in two weeks. I was thinking that my poem must be really good and that I was going to win the 1,000. Two weeks passed and my poem is still not on the website. I am in fear that someone stole my poem. Something that I wrote and they are going to make money off of something I did.
All I want is my poems back does anyone know how to get them taken off their website. I have called them and they said the can't. I want my poems back. Those poems are my fellings and emotions and I want them back.
For other people that read this please don't let them do the same to you as they have done to lots of other people. They need to pay for what they have done.
It feels like my hopes and dreams have been riped right out of my body leaving a painful scar of loss of dignity.
Thank you for creating this website so people don't get used anymore.
