On August 9 Preferred Concrete delivered an order of cement that i ordered for a job at 623 Woodlawn Street Fall River, Mass. I asked them to bring the cement by 10 A.M. That day but at 7 A.M. They were calling me asking me if they could drop the cement off. I told them that they had to be there for 10 A.M. Because i had to finish something before the cement came. They still showed up an hour early so they started pouring the cement. I noticed the cement was not the way i ordered it. As i was smoothing the cement it was hardening real quick i told the truck driver and he said to call the boss. The owner from the house noticed the same problem and called the boss he said he would come by and see the cement. The second batch came and there was a big difference in smoothness and took longer to dry. I called the boss a second time to see the mess it made and he said again that he would come by to look at the cement. He finally did and took a sample of the cement but never got back to me. So finally after waiting and calling him he answered my call and said it was not his problem and there was nothing he could. So now i have a job that has to be re done due the improper quality of cement and they will not fix it.
