I am in tha Air National Guard and was called to duty for service in the Middle East. While I was there we received our tax returns and my wife contacted a cement company to replace our busted up driveway. The work was completed in June.
During the winter of 2005 I noticed a large crack in one of the segments of cement. We contacted Olive cement and they said they would be doing some work near us at a later time and would do the repairs then. The summer of 2005 went by and we continued to contact them and they continued to stall us. We don't have any jobs in that area, we'll be by tomorrow, we can't fit it in right now.
The winter of 2006 came and I stopped calling due to the winter weather. Spring of 2006 came and we again began calling Olive cement with the same results. I have again began contacting Olive Cement and they have picked up right where they left off. Several times during this time period I was deployed for the military and could not contact Olive cement.
At this time my "new" driveway has SEVERAL craks in it and is starting to crumble where it meets the street. It also has started to sink in front of my door and now water pools there and creates a sheet of ice in the winter.
