In 1992 Jesse Wilcox was working for a cement truck company around Hermiston, Or. On this day he was driving a cement truck drunk. He ended up killing a whole car of highschool seniors, he hit their car so badly they were dismembered. He only served a few years. 6 months after getting out of jail he was pulled over again for drunk driving in caldwell, idaho!
At this time he is working for the SAME company, i think it is Smokey Point or something like that. He is out there somewhere on the roads still drunk and still driving a very large cement truck.
I contacted MADD to try and get them to notify the city but they never gave me the local chapters numbers. Please make sure you watch out for any cement trucks and if you see Jesse Wilcox make sure you let him know he is a killer and you know it.
