I got a letter in the mail one day. I thought it would help me out in a bind I was in. I took my last $37.00 and sent it in by a money order. I waited one month no word I looked up the phone number, got off line, called not a rep, but a machine. I got back on line to look up their e-mial address wrote them waited and still no anwser.
This is really not okay. To lie, to steal, to cheat. People think they are buying these things but, not getting anything. It could be your last $37.00 that they are taking and they Do NOT care.
