A so called employee by the name Sandra deceived me into transfering $2,197 on 10/26 to a bank of america account ending in 2722 supposedly belonging to Best Discount Network for a return ticket to nigeria but i never received my ticket and every effort to contact this company proved abortive (even with the intervention of better business bureau). I was not allowed to embark on the plane. I had to buy another ticket for $2,300 just to make this trip two days later than earlier scheduled.
The few times i was able to get someone on the phone after i returned to the country, all i was told was that they could not give me any information about my ticket or what happened to my money that i would need to speak to the manager. When i ask to be transfered to the manaher they either tell me the manager is not around or they hang up on me, or someone else picks up, says he/she is the manager and after i state my plight he/she suddenly says "oh, i'm not the manager"
i took them to court but they did not show up on th day of the hearing. Several letters have been sent by certified mail which were signed for as received but no one has responded. It is almost one year now and i am yet to hear a word from ths company.
I would not advise even my enemy to do any sort of business with these dubious thieves that call themselves "best discount" they are very fraudulent and dishonest and they do not desrve to still be operating under any legal license.
