Ripoff Fraudulent Charge on Credit Card

Having booked and purchased a ticket in late September/early October with Best Discount Network for travel in December I found out the night before I was due to fly that my ticket had been cancelled. The next day, i.E. The day of my flight, I called Best Discount Network but was never given a reason as to why the ticket had been cancelled. I was told by them that the matter would be sorted out. A ticket was eventually arranged for the same departure date but what I did not know was that they charged the cost of this second ticket to my credit card without my knowledge.

Since then I have tried daily to contact them both by telephone and emails. They have not return any of my calls. On the few occasions that I have been able to reach someone at the various telphone numbers that they list on their website, I have been told that the person I need to talk with is not in and that I need to call back the next day.in not believing them and calling back on one of their diffent numbers, I have found that person answering the phone. I was then told that the matter would be taken care of and on the 27th December they wrote that my account would be credited for the charge in two weeks time.

It is now over a month since this fraudulent charge was made using my credit card and still they have not made any refund to my account.

Please stay away from this company and always check this site.
