Ordered trial package of Cigarrest July 4. Noticed the company charged my bank account in small increments of. 50 on six different days. This should have given me a clue. Have not yet received the trial package of Cigarrest.
My first phone call to the company to inquire about the package was on July 24 at 2:32 PM EST. I was told to wait 2 to 4 weeks for the package to arrive.
At that time I told them to cancel any furthur shipments as I did not trust the company for withdrawing the funds out of my account as they had been. I told her it was as if they were "testing" my account to see how much they could withdraw.
She said "That's just how they do things at Cigarrest". She assured me no shipments would be made and said the company would be investigation where the trial package went.
Not trusting her answer, I made more phone calls and saved the calls on my cell phone log:

On August 10, my bank account was charged $99.85 and to date I have not received that package either. I have sent emails every day but have not received an answer to them, of course.
My phone calls to them on the 10th, 12th and 18th have been like talking to a brick wall. I have been told to simply mail the package back to them and they will refund my money.
Not expecting this charge, my account was overdrawn and I now have a $32.00 overdraft fee and a $32.00 insufficient funds fee.
If I had the funds available, I would like to take the package (IF and When it arrives) and fly to California and present it to the company myself and demand my money back in person AND the overdraft fees they caused.
