I have been a customer since approximately.installation was installed incorrectly from the beginning. I have never received all of the package promotions that I have been charged for and I have been trying to get this rectified to this day. Nothing has been done. I was referred to a Ms. Greenlee out of your Colorodo office. She reviewed my file and was embarassed to see the length of time it has taken for the company to acknowledge my problem.

I have called, been put on hold for several hours and transferred from number to number. There was damage done to my roof and tried to get matters resolved. They sent someone out to analyze the situation (two pages) and I was told that everything had to be redone. On March the 9th I received a letter from John Lawson stating that my claim was unjustified, then on April 20th I received a letter stating that they would repair and patch the damage to my roof.

In the meantime I have a bad receiver and my installment still needs to be done correctly. I was told twice that they would send someone out to repair and install the DISH components correctly. Again, I have been paying for incomplete service.

We are dealing with two different issues. One, the roof; two, the service I signed up for and have yet to receive it. I notified DISH in a timely manner from the beginning... I have "patiently" called and waited. On Friday, May 26th, I requested that the DISH equipment be removed because it was evident that I was not wanted as a customer. I spoke with a gentleman (Q8A) Ross? I believe who set up for installation to come out on Sunday May 28th between 12 and 5 pm.

I hurried home from church and called to verify the appointment. I spoke with Travis (SSA) at 1:05 pm. After calling, holding, and being transferred several times. I was told the appointment was cancelled. No one called to tell me this. They wanted me to sign a piece of paper and send it in before they would have someone come out to fix or install my service properly. I am expected to pay for a service I don't have?

After being treated the way I have I should trust them that they would send someone out to install me properly? I agreed to get matters resolved when they send someone out to install what should have been done 2 years ago. I felt that if DISH were sincere with me as a customer. They would send someone out and "properly" install which is the main issue at hand.

I am writing this letter to show as a customer I have done everything possible to get matters resolved. It appears that someone wants to make this a bigger matter than what it could be. Surely as a company that is as large as you are you would think someone would care enough to treat me with respect and get this matter resolved. But then again, I am just a small nobody compared to your large number of customers. I wonder who else has experienced this nightmare? Can I find out?
