National Income Tax Centers or Tax Relief Associates are both fraudulent companies. They take your money upfront and then do absolutely nothing. They took me for $1400 after they promised to help me deal with the IRS. I trusted them all the way until one day the postlady shows up at my door with a levy notice on my property. I thought "whats going on?" and thought well I will just give them a call and it will all work out.
When I tried to call them, all phone numbers were disconnected. I tried at least 5 different numbers with all the same result. DISCONNECTED! They had offices and/or contacts in Chino Hills, Brea, Santa Anna, and Fullerton. The name of the man I spoke with was Ruben Torres. Michelle Nguyen and Lidia Saavedra were the names of the two people that showed up on the documents that I got from the IRS.
Bert Ferrer was listed as the owner of these outfits according to the Better Business bureau. Losing that money really stung and caused a lot of extra interest and penalties on top of what I already owed them. It has been almost a year and a half and they have done nothing to make it right. Of course Ruben Torres the gutless coward that he is, never called me to to discuss anything about how we can resolve the problem. I have seen 2 year olds with more guts than you! Don't teach your kids to be a thief and a liar like your miserable self.
Well, one last thing to say is that I believe that Mr. Ferrer is trying to open another thief house and naming it Associates Prepaid Tax Service with an address of 3 Pointe Drive, Suite 200 Brea California 92821-3651. This is exactly the same address that was listed as Tax Relief Associates, one of his former thief companies. The number for the latest thief house is 1-714-671-4972 and it just happens to be you guessed it DISCONNECTED!
Stay away from Associates Prepaid Tax Service 3 Pointe Drive Suite 200 in Brea California or you will be sorry. Notice how he put in Prepaid in the name of his new outfit. He wants you to prepay him so he can run like a coward with your money. What's a matter Bert, do you owe Maribel an alimony payment? You owe me $1400 and I won't forget until you pay me back every nickel. Well, I feel for all of the rest of you who got taken like I did by these 2 deadbeats and I sure hope we all learned a lesson.
