Beware of buzzquotes.com!

Buzzquotes is an Internet sales leads vendor. We are an Insurance Agency, and our experience with BuzzQuotes.com was the worst ever. Our original (written) agreement was to purchase $300 in leads to try the quality of the service and leads. The first batch of leads was poor quality. After receiving and reviewing the $300 worth of leads, we decided to discontinue using their service and notified them accordingly.
However, before the entire order was finished, we were charged an unauthorized deduction of $291.75 for a second batch. We called and notified them not to issue any more leads and to refund our money. The owner, Greg Morgan, assured us that our refund would be processed within 5 business days and that we must keep our account open in order to receive the credit. They sent more leads anyway and we rejected them. Most of the leads appeared fictitious or were duplicates. Five days later we were flooded with a 3rd batch of bogus leads and charged another unauthorized deduction of $269.50!
Numerous phone calls ensued. We rejected all the unwanted leads and tried to obtain our refund, and again Greg Morgan assured us that our credit was forthcoming. However, Buzzquotes continued to issue more leads and charge another debit.
Finally, we had to close our account and file legal proceedings to recover our funds. This issue has lasted over a month and is still unresolved.
We researched the Internet to check on other complaints and discovered Buzzquotes has done this with other Agents, one of whom was charged over $8,000.
