Worst online company i've ever worked with. First off, their leads they provide to agents are horrible at best. Half the leads were wrong numbers or someone who never put a request in for insurance. The other half are people that may have filled something out to get a free xbox or ps3 (noone ever got one surprisingly).
After filling out the agent agreement i put in that i wanted to try them out and not have my CC charged until i gave the OK to charge it for a 2nd round of leads. (they make you put down either a block of $500 or $1000). To no avail they charged my card without my permission 2 TIMES totaling around $900. After several phone calls over a 3 day period i finally got in touch with the sales manager (tim nielson) after sending multiple emails to my old agent, the sales manager as well as customer service. Finally the unauthorized charges were refunded. Then the fun begins.
Obviously i wasn't happy and wanted to end my account and get a refund. I told them i didn't want to get anymore leads and wanted a refund. So they send me to another agent who tries to get me back on leads again promising me the world. No thanks, just refund me the money. He says that a manager is the only one who can refund me and call him. Back to square 1.
At $25/lead you would think that you would get what you pay for. After my agent that signed me up was fired (probably because everything he told me was bogus) i tried to get in contact with the sales manager (tim nielson) to refund the remaining $175 that i was owed. No problem he says, call customer service = runaround. Nothing is done. It's been about 8 months since i first contacted them to refund my money. Nothing has been done. I regularly call to no avail.
I tried see if Tim Nielson really was busy and couldn't return any one of my 50 messages. I had someone else call in asking to speak to him or to call them back. She got a phone call about 10 minutes later. When i picked up and told him who it was he hung up on me. Service at it's best. He hasn't returned a phone call since or picked up a call when it's been transferred to him.
Stay away. Jesus himself couldn't sell the leads they provide. Worst customer service ever, you will never have a ROI and when you ask for your money back you will NEVER hear back from anyone.
You'd be better off handing a stranger $500 to hit you with a metal pipe for an hour. You'd have less headaches and it would end sooner. He might even give you some of the money back unlike buzzquotes.com
