My husband and I were enrolled with Jubilee
American Financial/Risk Management partners Ltd. We had enrolled with them 9/2/02. The first payment that they took out of our account was on 10/10/02 they have since then taken payment of $xxx. 00 per month out of our checking the last payment they took was on 4/12/05. We have been trying to contact them via e-mail, telephone, fax, and letters since 10/26/04 we have had no success, in fact letters that were sent have been sent back to us having been stamped refused. They have a considerable
amount of our money and a number of creditor's never paid. Durring this time the company has gone from one name to another infact somewhere around the end of 2005 and 2006 they hled a convention at Bellagio hotel were I worked I wish now I had gone in and gotten there new address to contact or atleast confronted them. while trying to find alternative address or information on this company which has a our money in a settlement account which we had been able to access last year. We now can not even get to that address so now we are
in search of information on how to collect our money
and who to report this company too.in the above mentioned report one of the rebutlus was to contact the FBI address given which i have tryed to do but the address is no longer in service. The web site has now dissapeared along with our money that they have taken and was ment to be in a settlement account This company has not payed the creditors off and they have all the money to do so. Where do we go now I just want the money back so that we can sort out finaces with the creditors and some justice served for fraudulantly taken money and not another sole in despbrate need to get hurt like we have. Can any one help.
