When i authorized a transaction it was to be for only $4.87, for my free bottle. When I called the company I was told that there was a clause in the policy that stated I would receive 4 more bottles. I know the paper I had to print out and fill out with my credit card info on it to receive my "free bottle"
I never agreed to buy 4 more and my account was debited 3 weeks later for $207.85 and I was shipped 4 more bottles which I did not want.
I refused the package when the postman delivered it. And contacted my bank and we canceled that card but now it is under investigation to try and get my $207.85 back. Every time I call the 800 number I am told someone will call me back and I'm still waiting. After 5 days. Something needs to be done about this company.
