After receiving what I believed to be a free bottle of metabofuel 1000 was surprised when an additional package arrived with 4 additional bottles charging my cc account for $207.85. I immediately contacted the company at the toll free number given as reference on my bank statement and after arguing with a representative and then a Supervisor regarding this shipment and no authorization to charge my account for this transaction, as well as my Dr's statement I could not take this supplemental due to high blood pressure and thyroid disease, was advised they would cancel the order and agreed to refund $147.89 of the original $207.85 as I had not lived up to my agreement when requesting the free bottle and I would now be charged the full price of $59.95 for this bottle.
I was instructed to return the 4 bottles, which I did with Delivery confirmation required. I was advised I would receive refund within 7-14 days of the company receiving the product back. I have confirmation and tracking report from US Post Office that product was received by Savoy 6 on 6/5/06 at the address in Utah.
I contacted the company again and spoke with another representative on 6/27/06 inquiring where the refund to my account was. She assured me she was escalating this issue to the refund department and I would receive a call back on this within 24 hours.
It is now 7/31/06 and still have not heard back nor received a refund for the product returned to Savoy 6 as promised. I have tried contacting them however the toll free number is now just a recording referring you to an e-mail address for contact and they will return your inquiry within 24 hours.
