RUN AWAY FROM this company. Before even consider to use them, please: Check the net for dlswap, secondlicence - to find many reports from victims of this same scam. There is no ANY post from satisfied costumers.
Other warning signs: The only contact info is an e-mail.
There is no any terms of services. They do not accept credit card, the only address you get a Hungarian bank account and a Hungarian post address for Western Union. It is extremely hard to get back your money from a foreign country. Even to get a subpoena for an account takes weeks. The application site is unsecured - the WHOLE world can get access to your personal data, picture, signature. The alleged headquarter, where they allegedly keep your personal data is a Caribbean Island. (Actually their last web site was on a Netherland server.)
Even more important: THERE IS NO WAY in anywhere in the EU to get, or even submit an application through a third party, with scanned picture, signature AND without providing a passport, if you are not the citizen of that country. It means, that IF these guys can get you a driver license, they must forge many document, or bribe many clerks on many level.
Do not do this!!!
P.S.: the Hungarian language documents on the site can be picked up in any document office, it does NOT PROVE that these guys have ANY authority. On the signature card, there is a warning that you have to SIGN IT IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CLERK, with the PEN the CLERK provides you. If you are in UK, how to hell can you do this???
