Comfort Pedic Slippers
I returned items unopened because, wrong amount from checkout cart. They said now from many people for 3 months now they would reinburse me for my shipping seeing it was there error but, still waiting 3 months now I've called 5 times Ripoff

I ordered on line 2 pairs of slippers but, when I got to the checkout cart the items had doubled 3 pairs and 3 sets of insoles I click on the part where they say "change amounts here"But, when I did the order just went thru. I called asap the person on the phone said you have to wait 24 hrs. For the order to process which I did. The person on the phone said I'm sorry we already shipped your items. That was 2/24 2006 I waited till 3/17 2006 be4 they arrived. I then recalled they said just return unopened and we will reinburse you. I returned 3/ 18 2006. I have been refunded but, only the cost of all the slippers they still owe me for the shipping cost $23.96

Here it is 5/28 2006 And no $23.96 for shipping yet I've been on the phone with these people at least 5 time asking them whats up They all say the same thing oh, yes I see we owe you for shiiping let me put that in for you right now.

This has been all since February the order was wrong from the beginning and now here it is 3 months later
My order was s/b just 2 pairs of slippers for $34.98 plus shipping but, when I saw $ 97.83 my husband just about s%t

Can you let people know about Comfort Slippers being rip offs
