Duplicate Credit Inquiries for an MCI Account I Never Had

I happened to be going over my credit report and all of a sudden I am seeing duplicate inquiries about an account that i never had with MCI. So i started researching and could not get any information pertaining to me having an account with mci. So when I came across your web page I choose to contact you. I am in the process of checking with the better business bureau. I am really upset because this has affected my credit score tremendously.
