In the state if Texas all food items except for candies and sodas are excempt from sales tax but the Texaco on the mentioned address charges sales tax on all items except dairy and bread. I bought a bag of chips down at the Kroger and paid the listed price but when I happened to be at the Texaco and bought the same bag they charged me sales tax at which time I did not complete the sale transaction and walked out. Buyers beware.
