America's Note Network - Russ DALBEY
Deceptive business practices Fraudulant Schemes How does one get their money back?

What a fool i am! America's Note Network - Russ DALBEY boasts of excellent phone soliciters who are quite gifted with their craft. If you have heard the typical line, "oh... You'll make so much money" and know better, well, try the alternate lines that are more believable like, "you should make an average of one or two thousand dollars per deal; there was one instance where a client made over one million but that is rare." All the same, BE ADVISED, this "company" sells nothing of value, so CAVEAT EMPTOR and more!

When I purchased the $39.95 (plus S&H) package, it was based on examining the sequence of events involved with how the system works (on paper) as I frequented many lectures involving this form of income and similar "opportunities" related to AMERICA'S CASH FLOW INDUSTRY.

Like most, I interpreted this secondary form of income as just that - in the end this has become a lesson to research recooperation of monies lost in a very poor investment. AGAIN, NO VALUE WILL COME OF PURCHASING ANYTHING RELATED TO THIS VERY PRODUCT.

To continue, I was solicited by phone a few months afterwards (out of a sound sleep) to enter into the opportunity that seemed feasible based on my already stated individual needs/desires. Me, THE FOOL, paid $2995 for an apparent "on-line protege program" where I would receive a personal trainer, an opportunity to make a live deal between buyers & sellers starting with a more specialized program that will expose me to the investors who are in this type of market and more.

Due to the fact that the course was a five month ordeal where, it started in September BUT I COULD ENGAGE IN THE PROGRAM AT MY LIESURE AFTERWARDS AS IT WOULD TAKE FIVE MONTHS TO COMPLETE, it seemed realistic and genuine. No written contract, nor terms of services provided, nor refund policies and other essential formal and legal documentation was provided EVER. A simple verbal contract was all that the company used to entrap unsuspecting fools like myself.

To limit rambling, I opted not to partake in this fiasco immediately for personal reasons. When I did access the program after an exact five month period, I discovered that I could not view the program on the internet, so I called and queried the reasons only to discover that a charge of $495 was needed to reauthorize access to the program. As a note, a manager, named Stormy (like my boyfriend's dog) changed the reasons for the fee by claiming... Something about "redoing closing contracts"... Huh? Still foolish despite the inconsistency, I complied for that moment only to change my mind the day after and start a process of recooperation of all monies invested.

One favourable situation in all of this was that for a brief period of time, the "right and left hands" were not communicating so to my advantage after squawking about a refund unsuccessfully, I viewed the program while it was briefly made available on-line. AND WHAT A JOKE! I hate to be judgemental but the author Russ Dalbey (although successful at scamming), is not overly intelligent when providing information regarding the product advertised. I think I purchased Russ's personal memoirs that addressed NOTHING. Examples of some of the 51 lessons include amusing titles as such: Horses & Water, Turning Paper Into Gold, Magic Bullet, Crazy Uncle Note Buying... I don't have an Crazy Uncle Note!

I digress, but to continue, I read the first seventeen lessons and soon discovered that this is a confirmed SCAM and realized the battle ahead of me. When such "didactic" statements such as, "If the note is one I feel you have a chance of doing something with, I'll be sure to let you know when you submit it to me, " is made, well... Need I say more. AND TRULY, THERE IS NO OUNCE OF INFORMATION PRESENTED IN THIS COURSE THAT DEFINES A FORM OF INCOME.

I have consulted a law firm to start any proceedings to reclaim monies foolishly invested but have opted to reasearch thus, take some time to execute the task carefully as the America's Note Network - Russ Dalbey, makes it expectedly difficult when attempting to gain a refund. LOTS OF DODGING AND INACCURATE OR HIDDEN INFORMATION IS ALWAYS DONE.

It would behoove any victim to study the statutes of Colorado and realize that this scam IS CRIMINAL, hence, examine submitting necessary documentation to different organizations to include the Attourney General for the state of Colorado.

Keep a timeline to include names & data of all communications with the company to validate the complaint. Upon reading this website and feeling reassured that I was not the only one having grave difficulty, I would like to present the limited information I have so far in order to help anyone reclaim their financial loss. Apparent opportunities like this is best researched first before securing the deal. Learn from me the fool and know that nobody can reap any benefit from reading the ramblings of America's Note Network - Russ Dalbey who kept his Eyes on the Prize (lesson 22. Perhaps he should have stuck with auto sales... What an embarrasement to be him now!
