I would like to say that I was in never an employee for Reflection Marketing. I do not have any insider information about Reflection Marketing or its owner. I feel for him because his name and business is tagged along in the dirty WEBB that courtney has created... All this information pertains to Ives Marketing Concepts. This is office is a complete joke. Let me tell you how I sucked into the Cydcor life... So I decided since I was going to be finishing school, that I should focus my attention on a job that would give me any type of marketing/sales experience. I wanted this experience so that I could improve my chances of getting into the pharmaceutical industry. So I made it past the first interview. No suprise since a f*ing ape can do this job. I get to go on another interview with some tall blonde aka Plato. Not an ordinary interview... More like a job shadow. A day of brainwashing of the wonderful opportunity I had and that one day... If I worked real hard... I could sit on my fat ass like Courtney and make bank. Bullshit. I should have known when I was taken to Holly Hill, FL for a day out on the field. Holly Hill= nasty, white trash, cowboy killer smokin rednecks who spit out tabocco through the holes where their teeth once were. So against my better judgement, I started two or three days later. Being the nice girl that I am... I had difficulty at first with "training". I learned the 4,5, & *8s. Learned some QVC theory. The bubblegum theory, etc. But I did not understand why certain Bellsouth long distance plans were being sold. They didn't need it?! They didn't want it?! I didn't get it?! What's going on?! And than click. Money talk$. We are paid 100% commission and the only way to survive in this f*ing office is to SLAM and CRAM. Bellsouth Long distance. We were forced to meet at 8 A.M. Everday and do an hour of "atmosphere" aka BULLSHIT. Let's play patty cake and chant for an hour before we go out and do our shitty dishonest job. We were forced to do a goal sheet and always keep positive. Let's see today's goal will be 4 Bellsouth WorldWide Long Distance plans for a total of $140 maybe a reacqusition for $200 if I play my cards right and to "paint the picture". ALL BULLSHIT! Everyone in that office is miserable. Some will admit it... Some still don't want to realize there dream of their own company is BULLSHIT! Since I am good at talking to anybody slamming long distance was simple for me. Every sale I made I kept my fingers crossed during a Third Party Verification Call. This Call is recorded "for your safety" to make sure you have your sucker on tape that they signed up for services they don't know they are getting. Without this recording you are totally f*ed and have wasted your time. This call was the hardest part. I did make money... Dirty money. Let's take an excerpt from the leadership manual shall we? Leadership manual? What's that you say? It too is also BULL*. It's a f*ing white binder full of bull*... My leader Plato made me one. You are initiated into leadership when you are consistent in illegally slamming and cramming BellSouth customers. Now Let's start with the 2nd interview process. If you -a learder - made the most money the day before you got to take some sucker out on the field with you. You are set up by Courtney Webb or another leader.."There are two things I need from you today. First, I am sure that you have some questions; I know I did when I was in your shoes. I guarantee I will be answering them throughout the day. If for any reason I don't make sure you write them down to ask my manager in the final interview. The second is that we will be spending 8 hours together so lets get to know each other and have some fun. OK" Than you ride out to the field and build a rapport. Questions about college, family, the usual ice breakers. "Find out what motives them". You avoid all questions until lunch time. At lunch you play these people. Give them the "breakdown". If they want management play the management role. If they want money. Bullshit them about how much money you made that day. Anything to get another employee under your belt so that you can build a team of 5... Turn that team into leaders and make consistent among of dirty money for two weeks. One top of that BULL*... These people's training pay comes out of your pocket. You need to have enough sanity to be able to keep someone from not quitting all day long, slam long distance, and train someone to do the same. But remember not everyone can make it to management. Blah blah. Bull*. I do not remember one day that went by that I did not consider leaving... Not one damn day. I felt bad leaving because I did feel like I had made some friends at the office. I almost didn't leave because I knew my leader has worked so hard and would be taking a step back if I left, and he would have to train another sucker and start all over. He had put some genuine effort to make sure I learned the dirty tricks down to a T. I even got stuck going out on the field with Courtney. Let me tell you how much fun it was to hang out all day while she had her cell phone glued to her f*ing head with Steve Kim on the other end. On top of it all she can be a total bitch, I didn't like the way she treated me, or how she talked shit about all of her employees, I saw right through her, and I told all this shit to her face right after I told her I wasn't coming back. Ever. "Does that make sense?!" SEE YA. Courtney... DON'T LET THE DOOR HIT YA WHERE THE GOOD LORD SPLIT YA! I honestly thought I would never talk to anybody from that office, since I quit I would be a "negative" person to keep in touch with. To my surprise Plato and another employee quit the next day! Three people in 12 hours jumped ship... Doesn't that tell you your management skills SUCK! That this "opportunity" SUCKS. Don't let the sharp suits fool ya in this office. It is garbage. The pay is dirty, the morale is low. Typical Overworked and underpaid situation. Don't step foot into this little cult. They will pollute your mind with a pretty picture of being a manager of your own company, but only if you work really hard. You "company" would be a bullshit cydcor franchise... Do yourself a favor and buy a f*ing starbucks or subway. Something that will reallly make you some money. If you want to sell BellSouth long distance, apply to work with an authorized gold partner. Honest BellSouth representatives have access to BellSouth's partner connection and sales expert programs. They don't need Third Party Verification calls because they don't screw people over with services they don't want. This office will eventually get shut down for illegally slamming and cramming. BellSouth is already onto their *... Do yourself a favor, and skip the second interview!!! Skip the first if you haven't already gone! You owe it to yourself to google these companies that offer such wonderful opportunities for management...
