Errors in Billing, Terrible Customer Services ripoff

We obtained our first cell phones (on a family plan) in November signing a 2 year contract with Sprint PCS. Free mobile to mobile, free nights and weekends AND 800 minutes. Since our first bill and every subsequent bill, we have been charged for going over our mintutes by an extra 30 bucks a month. When I total up the minutes, the most minutes we have ever used since having these phones is 459. We have no kids who use our phones. I have saved every single bill since obtaining this service.

Every month I have to call, they look at our account and they determine that indeed we HAVE not used over our minutes. From the very first bill they tell me they will fix the problem. It is some "techinacl glitch" on their end and they will issue credit to me for the 'overage charges plus the taxes'. When I get the following bill I make sure the credit is issued from the previous bill, then I pay that bill.

I just received another bill three days ago and boom, there it is again. I make yet another call. I am assured it is now fixed, I finally got a call back two hours later telling me that it is indeed fixed and they have also credited my the late fees that I have paid since November. Because I explained to them, for every incorrect bill I receive in the mail, I will not pay that bill until the following month when I see the "credit" I am due. So far every rep I have told this to is in agreement with this.

When I got my bill this past Thursday, saw the error again and called I told them that my payment will be mailed on Saturday 4-15-06 and to not interrupt service because this is how it has been since the beginning of this contract! They say, "no problem, I will mark your account with a temporary payment and it will stand for 10 days until your actual payment comes in in the meantime." Not a problem for me, I can understand this cause alot of people say they will mail a payment and they dont. I am not that kind of person, and I always mail my payment when I say I will. That was 7 days ago. I go to use my phone this afternoon and my service is interupted!

I immediately call them, get another rep, tell her to go through my call logs, she does and sees the problems we have had and where I told them my payment would be mailed on 4/15/06 and so on and so on. She tells me to hold while she reads through my stuff (again), she comes back on the phone and tells me the service was interrupted due to a 32 dollar late fee crap. All of my late fees I have paid, plus they gave me a credit for all of those late fees I have paid since we have had a technical problem for the last 5 months that is due to no fault of mine! And they have determined that! WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON?

Why do we continue to have problems with this company? I am so fed up with them right now I could scream. Someone please tell me how to remedy this situation! I feel like breaking this contract but I dont want to get socked with the cancellation fees! Help!
