Complaint / Review
E-pro Auction
Ripoff company

On Feb. 11 I sent for the 14 day free trial but I did not activate it immediately. I did not go to the website because I never received an email or password from the company in their correspondence to me.in March I received two $49.95 charges on my credit card from E-pro auction.

Customer Service was a joke. I informed them that I received two bills for something I did not recieve. I never activated because I had no password. I was critisized for not informing them of "their omission" earlier. They basically said "too bad", activation started the day you ordered your free trial. Didn't you read the form? I see nowhere that it states activation begins when you order. Misleading the consumer is an understatement.

I asked them for the 14 days free trial so that I could decide if I wanted the product and I also wanted them to delay billing for an additional 60 days so that I had the opportunity to use what I already paid for. Remember, they were neglectful to supply the password to access the site so the "free trial" could begin. They were unwilling to cooperate. They said "it couldn't be done". I din't ask for a refund, only credit where credit was due. Obviously, customer retention is not a priority with this company. It appears that Quantity vs. Quality is their mission statement. They mislead you regarding what you are signing up for and what you can expect to receive.in the meantime, they are billing your credit card.

My confidence in this company is destroyed. If they treat all of their customers with this type of service they will not be in business long. Hence, do I want to do business with them?

I am suspicious of linking my ebay and my paypal account with this companies site. If they are so seemingly money hungry, would I need to worry about my paypal account and the access they have to it???

On the surface, it appears that they may have a good product but at this point I am unwilling to lose anymore money with them. Their disprespect for customers and their reluctance to provide win-win solutions speaks volumes to me and it should to you too. Buyer Beware!
