I bought (delivered him a check) 3 "B charger adapter wires", for my Motorolla telephone and wireless, from him in November."buyitnow" at Ebay. 2 of the wires he delivered me didn't function. I agreed to deliver them back again to him for an exchange and he explained he'd deliver me 2 fresh ones, and not answered to my present to come back the two faulty ones.
which was early January. Going back 4 weeks I've e mailed and named him (never got an individual, about the telephone... Only voice-mail) a lot of occasions I've lost count.
Their reponses (when he did react... Which, incidentally, was a not-too regular occurrence) went the range from:
- I Will send you two new types.
- Iam waiting to receive fresh types after which I'll send them.
- What's your target?
- they're below and certainly will deliver all the way down.
But no new wires actually reached my home
Then (again after several efforts to obtain a reaction from him) I eventually believed to John... Let us negotiate this... Can you deliver me a reimbursement?
Their reaction:
-okay inform me quantity and provide me a tackle I'll deliver reimbursement
I delivered him a significantly less than 1/2 of the initial quantity that I'd settled him.
Their response was:
-Okay may deliver.
which was on 3/29/06
I've since e mailed and named him wondering... Perhaps you have sent me the check? And (obviously) I've not noticed back from him.
As of 4/5/06... Our emailis to him at [email protected]... Have began to return to me: delivered email: person unknown.
Not surprising he is altering his email address.
Well... John... When I said... You realize how to achieve me... If you like to rebutt this consideration of our deal. Don't bother responding here... Should you contact me and we negotiate this... I'll place a large response below... For you personally. But don't fear John, I am not keeping my breathing.
