Similar to another report I just read, I purchased a "buy it now" H500 Bluetooth headset on eBay from this seller in early January. I mailed a check for $51.08 right away, as they took no other payment form. The check was cashed a week or two later, but I never received the item. I checked in via email with the seller weekly, and was told repeadtedly the item was backorded.
Finally a month later, they offered me a refund after continuing to tell me the item wasn't available yet. I provided the address, amount and item information as requested (as they somehow didn't have that). 6-7 weeks later, I still have no refund and the seller will not even respond to my emails anymore. The seller's ID was made invalid within days of my buying the item, so I should have known then that the scam was beginning.
I hope you enjoy by $51.08 you jerk. Next time I find myself in Cos Cob, I'll make sure to pay you a visit.
