I had enrolled in their program two years ago after checking with BBB of their ratings. I believed they were helping me until I seen my account accumulate over $3500 and not one of the accounts were being paid. I called them since there was monies to pay a good portion of most of my bills and I called and left messages and called and left messages etc.
This went on for weeks. No emails were answered, that I had sent; no messages or phone calls returned. I would call ALL hours in case of time zone differences: Nothing. I had asked for my monies back; explanations of why? Noone answers and still no returns.
I received finally a email stating to call the 866 number and that is the number I had been calling for weeks. I called and emailed them that: NO response.
I am still waiting for my monies; have filed with the BBB a complaint and waiting to see if they answer them. Meanwhile I have creditors calling me all hours; leaving messages; etc. And will have to start all over from scratch and have all the interest and finance charges plus the original balances to pay, and I am out of over $3500!!
I do not know what to do or to whom to turn after this mess! This should be not end until justice is done! They keep changing addresses and states: scam and ran!!
