The company offered me a free sample online and I was supposed to pay the shipment charges for the same. Even though I chose the option not to go ahead with their regular supply of four months (and aggreed for free sample only) they deducted $49.95 for the supply for the first month. On calling the number I was given another number for their customer support, which unfortunately is a third party to whom they have outsourced the business and they refuse giving any details of the contact information about the company but for their Fax Number and email address which is a one way communication. This Company turned out to be a cheat...
In fact as mentioned in the other report for the same fraud Oral Bright had two options on their site one of them said "send me three months supply for $49.95 " and the other one "No Thanks I like my Cavities". Even if you chose the "No thanks..." option it is going to subscribe you which is the catch as it would mean the buttons are not giving you options to choose from but are saying the same thing. Of course in fine text somewhere it says that you can cancel the order by mail in 15 days, but since one would think that he hasn't ordered in first place why would he bother to cancel...
