Ripoff don't paid me my earning

I upgrade to 420 dollars and i got 147 dollars earning 10 refferal the said 20 dollars minimum to get our earning we push the button but still said paid via mass payin between 25 and 30 of each month but still waiting send a ticket and still no respond from them i thing this site is a big scam...
