Roadside Plus Aka Medplex RX
Ripoff company out for your money check for legiamate payday loans on-line

The other day Feb. 3 I found out that my checking account had tried to be debited for 21.95 from a company called roadside plus.

So I called my bank and tried to get some info on who did this because I had not athorized it. Anyway they said that the company name did not appear just a number 1-866-321-8235 so I called it and found out it was something called ROADSIDE PLUS and MEDPLEX RX
So I waited to call on monday to speak with a customer service rep. Anyway they told me that I had signed up for a seven day trial at one of the payday loan sites and thats why they billed me.

I told them they had to be fraud because my bank said that fake companies will get your bank info then sell it. She was very rude and said it was nothing she could do for me but cancel the membership.

I asked for their address and she said no so I asked for the roadside plus web site and the one she gave me did not exsist.

Anyway she just hung up on me so I called back and the other person was nice at first but when I asked her for the same info she hung up.

So I just keep calling back saying they were frauds but never cursing or rasing my voice. They just kept hanging up every time they heard my voice.

I finally called back and said I was recording they and they got scared I guess cause after that they just started cursing I wish I had a recorder cause I would have done that.

Anyway I went to my bank to try and get back the 32 dollar nsf but they would not reimburse me because they said the debit didnt got through good thing I had not made my deposit yet.

Anyway I closed my account and got another one but I want my 32 dollars back but could not get it. I swear at the time I was not even thinking they got my info off a web site because I had got a call for a credit card and they asked for my banking info for a processing fee I like a dumb bo gave it to them but said i didnt want it yet because I didnt have the money in my account. They were probably fraud too.

I will never give my info out to anyone again because people are very cruel. Good thing I found this site because I just read about the exact same thing happening to some one else with the same company. I hope it is something that can be done about this cause it tis not right for good people to get scammed like this.
