I received a letter stating I had won $3,341, 006.00
I only needed to send $20.00 to receive the winnings
The letter sent was official looking with a title stating
YOU ARE OFFICIALLY SWORN TO SECRECY ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL
My name was at the top of the page as uncollected
I mailed them a $20.00 money order and have received no winnings.
