They are trying to get me to send them $20.00. They are telling me i have won $3,341, 006.00, RIPOFF!

I received a letter in the mail that said at the top YOU ARE OFFICIALLY SWORN TO SECRECY ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL. It has at the bottom of the letter that is in caps PRIVILEGED PRIVACY RIGHTS CONTRACT DOCUMENT 5020770585. The letter is trying to tell me i have won over 3 million dollars. It says at the bottom" IMPORTANT: Christina * CHECK ONE BOX. I have not received any monies. Enclosed is report release fee of $20 payable by cash, check or money order to "LVAAP."
