LVAAP Response of Record Ripoff directed to Director's Office

I recieved the correspondence stating that I along with (3) others named, from different states, were winners; the letter head in bold lettering stated, "YOU ARE OFFICIALLY SWORN TO SECRECY ABSOLUTELY CONFIDENTIAL"

This is the second time that I have received a letter stating that I had won a prize. The first one costed me $3,700.00.

I will not be fooled again, these people need to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.
