My husband and I got married on June 21. We hired Sal of Footprints Photography to do our photos. Paid in full before the wedding and all that. First of the package was suppose to come with prenup photos, I had to call him several times before we had set-up a prenup photos to put on our guest names for the table which I never got except this last minute replacement of a cartoon getting married. The photgraphers were suppose to arrive at 10:00 A. M they never did until a quarter to. It took months before we could view our photos online.By the time I got to ordering I have had it and it says in my bill that if there were $1000.00 worth of orders we would also get our proofs, so I decided to order a whole bunch of things to be added to what my guest had already ordered so I could get my proofs and I wouldn't have to deal with people anymore. I sent the $500.00 (big mistake) tooke them another 6 months or so to get my album ready and I practically had to call them everyday to get all that straighten out. Well what do you know I didn't get the negaatives all the photos I ordered for enlargement were wrong the album were missing another 15 pages of what I paid for, so back to another long battle with the company they asked me to send the album back and the enlargement photos and they would fix it. My husband who can only drive so much all the way out there to try and get these photos never had the luck... To this date almost 3 years in june I still haven't gotten any of those pictures that I paid for in full before the wedding and when I ordered. Along with all my guests that ordered whom half of them never got their photos either...
