WLI Reservation Rewards and WLI Shopper Discount both charged my credit card $9 per month (each). I was able to fix this problem but it was quite tricky. I called the 800-732-7031 number and it wants you to enter your credit card number AGAIN. It starts off as an automated service but if you listen to the recording 3 or 4 times it will give you a human.
First, this charge, as it turns out, came from ordering movie tickets on movietickets.com. They said I authorized this but I DID NOT. So, at first she said she was going to cancel my account and I told her I wanted more. Then, she said she would credit the last month's charges and I told her I wanted more. Then she said she was going to credit the last 3 months and I told her I wanted more. So, all I had to do was ask and I got a $162.00 credit!!! I know I am idiot for not noticing the charge for 9 months, but hey, I did notice in the end.
So, I am no longer using movietickets and complaining to them next.
