I want to make a complain/question mark about this famous service and it seems that this is the only way to do it, as I cannot get in touch through the phone or other web line with the company...
First I made a quite long order and I was surprised to see my stuff shipped one by one, that making the shipping and billing twice more.
Then finally I got today a big boxed where supposed to be 21 items, that were charged already. But in the box were only half of them.
So my remark is, I am desapointed with your system of shipping and charging as I planned for an amount and end up twice or thrice.
My question is, why my items are missing? WHAT SHALL I DO ABOUT THEM?
You gave a formular for returning items. Do I have to pay the back shipping?
