I REALLY wish I would've read all this before enrolling. I was already leaving (after this semester is up) -
First off, the school is INSANELY expensive. For a Bachelors degree (in Game development), I'm looking at $70,000!!! I've decided to cut my losses and quit after this semester (I'm only 2 semesters in). I actually tried backing out before classes started... But I was given a guilt trip and talked into staying. I regret staying.
There is NOTHING, and I mean NOTHING that the school offers that is worth even half what they charge. But it took me actually trying it, to figure that out.
It doesn't matter if the instructors are legit. The instructors do NOTHING, other than tell you what to read, and grade your assignments. IF I want to learn ANYTHING I could've bought any one of those books, and read on my own, and learn at my own pace (for a FRACTION of the cost). What am I being charged 70k for exactly? For a piece of paper that says I graduated?
I'm not saying online college is bad (For some people there is no option), but there is nothing about this college that's worth what they are charging.
