Place an order for scooter on 12/17/05; On 12/21/05, they charged my Visa, but never shipped the merchandise. I have made no less than 20 phone calls and e-mails and these people are totally "gone". They have an automated e-mail response set up, but that basically says they will get back with you and they never do; it also says they were closed from Dec. 24th - Jan. 5th; however, it is now Feb. 9th, and they still won't respond; same thing with the phone; can't even leave a message because it states the mailbox is full.
I am also not having any luck with my bank. I don't understand how these people can still have a website advertising their goods; how many more people are going to be ripped off? I have reported them to the Internet Fraud Div. Of the FBI and I am still not finished. They should be hunted down like criminals and prosecuted.
