When i started to open my account with them, they always had a live person who answered my questions.
Two months ago, i wanted to confirm my exact balance and planned to add funds again. I emailed and called them that i couldn't log into my account. I didn't get any live person on the other line anymore and i wasn't getting any replies from them. I continued to email and after the third emails, finally someone replied and claimed that their ceo died and having difficulties responding to people. Also added that they're not accepting anymore funds from anyone or opening a new debit account. They will just continue to have the payroll account!
All i wanted was to know my exact balance in my account and since they're not accepting anymore funds, i might as well close my account! They asked for the last 6 digits of my cc#. I refused to give it to them because when i disclosed that to the live person who answered before, he only asked for the last 4 digits. He wouldn't help me and insisted for the last 6 digits, so i finally gave them, because i know the new month was coming and they will charge a fee again!
I never heard from them again, and every order i made on the internet have been declined! I know i have enough money in there to pay for whatever i ordered, because i kept track of my expenses! But they let days, weeks passed so they can suck every penny i had (with their fees), and left me with nothing! I finally got very nasty with them and they deserve it!
They have poor, sorry customer service and very prejudice as to who they deal with. And i've dealt with many 'sorry' companies! They don't treat everyone equally. As far as i'm concerned. They cleverly manipulated my account for their own gain! They are thieves, value-destroyers and have no integrity whatsoever and should be condemned! Companies like these add to america's bad reputation. What a shame!
Where are the leaders? Are they busy making wars and not minding their own business, and making america great by starting to create their own values? Where are the individual rights going? Is america protecting individual rights?
