I recieved a call telling me "I was approved to recieve a GRANT from the federal government for $12,500.00 absolutly FREE this is no cost to you." "This money never needs to be paid back." They asked for my Bank information so they could deposit the GRANT. I gave them NOTHING!!! I told them to not call again. I don't know how they got the information for my bank or the recording they played for the authorization, but it was plainly not my voice. BEWARE OF THESE CALLS! THESE PEOPLE ARE SOME HOW GETTING PERSONAL INFORMATION!!!
I checked my checking account and there was a 299.95 withdrawl made with a strange check number so I called my bank and they said to do a stop pay right away.in looking deeper I found a previous withdrawl for 49.95 about 2 weeks before. I went to my bank and completed the paperwork and hope to have the funds back by 3:00pm today. I will be filing a police report as well to put a stop to this so called company. Some of the numbers to call them all you ever get is a recording for hours!!!
