I have the same story as many others. I bought some products from UrbanQ in April and May. I have not received a rebate.
The customer service department says that some electronic checks were double issued, and they are checking on the problem (since Dec?)
Their last response said "We are currently expanding as a company and we are trying to accommodate all of our customers as efficiently as possible." and to refrain from sending multiple emails, as that would slow down the process!
I have filed a complaint with the NY Attorney General.

I have also filed complaints with every internet consumer site I can think of.
If you have been ripped off too, complain to everyone you can think of, and maybe someday they will listen.
