On 6/6/01, I sent the required information to Urbanq to receive my rebates totaling $319.97. On 9/3/01, the rebates were in processing. I emailed Urbanq on 9/22/01 to ask how much longer and was told that they are currently processing thousands of checks and undergoing major site upgrades and to remain patient. I contacted them again on 9/27/01 to ask for a more specific tiem frame and receive the following reply We ask that you please remain patient
and be assured that we will be sending the check to you as quickly as possible. As always urbanQ strives to give you the best customer service possible and the attention you deserve. I contacted them again on 10/18/01,10/22/01,10/23/01,11/20/01,12/10/01, and 1/4/01 with the same responses. I have still not received the promised rebates and keep getting the run around. I have numerous emails from three different people in their customer service department; however, no one has done anything to resolve this matter. It is now 1/7/02 and still no rebates like promised.
